KQQX 93.3 FM
ST. LOUIS METRO WEST

Wanted: Investor/Partner or Loan Broker, along with a St. Louis area bank to assist in financing (to the next level of success) 93X and the other small market stations in the group.

This includes:

The ultimate 3 year goal is to build a group of FM stations anchored by 93X into a $20 - $25,000,000 cluster, support the stations with adequate cash flow and do the entire project for 40 - 50% of actual value - PLUS most importantly, enjoy the next 3 years watching this project unfold.

93X is currently appraised at $15,000,000 and is now worth quite a bit more since the FCC has approved the city of license move to Hermann, MO (The tower site will be reloceated near Warrenton, with construction completed sometime in late 2008.) The smaller signals complimenting 93X have an estimated value of $3,000,000 and will also be worth more when properly marketed with KNSX.

A credit line of $8 - $10,000,000 is needed to finish the project. Of this amount, over $4,500,000 will be brick and mortar assets, existing buildings, and tower sites.

The potential partners or investors who assist in arranging the financing package can participate in direct ownership of one or more of the associated signals, and will work hand in hand with the management team of KNSX in day to day operations. A generous loan fee can be negotiated to the partners or investors who help us complete the project.

93X would like to obtain the financing from a large local bank like First Bank, US Bank, Citizen's Bank or Commerce Bank, but we would most certainly entertain any facility that would lend 40 - 50% against appraisal for start up financing for 93X and the other group stations.

If you would like to be affiliated with 93X, with possible ownership of one or more of the other group stations, and be involved in the excitement of broadcast ownership, check in with 93X at 314 921-9330 or email to randy@knsx.com.
The ability to assist 93X in obtaining proper financing can make a person with deep pockets and the dream and desire to be a broadcast owner a reality.
